What you are buying

Everything we sell is digital: e-books as PDF files, and video courses streamed inside your member account. Nothing ships physically. A purchase gives you personal access for as long as the account exists — it is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel.

A package unlocks the items listed on its card at the time you buy. If we later add material to a course you already own, you get it.

Delivery

Access is granted automatically the moment payment confirms, and a receipt email with a sign-in link follows. Card payments confirm immediately; PromptPay can take a short while, and the order page updates itself when it lands.

If payment succeeded but you cannot get in, it is almost always because you signed in with a different email than you paid with. The claim page in your dashboard fixes that, or message us on LINE.

Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly, so refunds are considered case by case. Contact us within 7 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong — if the product was not what we described, or you could not access what you paid for, we will make it right.

When a refund is issued, access to that purchase ends — the entitlement it granted is withdrawn automatically.

Your account and your copy

Your access is for you. Downloaded PDFs are yours to keep and read on your own devices, but not to re-upload, resell or share publicly, and course videos are not to be recorded or redistributed. We log downloads and cap them at 20 per day, which exists to catch file sharing rather than to inconvenience you.

We may suspend an account that is sharing paid material. If we do, we will tell you why.

This is not medical advice

Our courses, cookbooks and the plan calculator are general fitness and nutrition guidance for healthy adults. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan. If you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take regular medication, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a doctor before changing how you eat or train. If your body tells you something different from the plan, believe your body.

Prices and payment

Thai prices are in baht and English prices in US dollars; you pay in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe — card details never reach our servers. Prices can change, but never for an order already placed.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material here we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use your account after that means the updated terms apply.
